Terms of Service

1. The service
Flowgenix is software operated by Flowgenix Ltd that lets inspectors place pins on drawings, attach photographs and findings, and export an inspection report as a PDF. The app runs in your browser and stores project data on your device.
2. Acceptance
By using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful professional inspection and reporting work. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.
4. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the drawings, photographs, findings and reports you create. As data is stored on your device, you are responsible for exporting backups and for the accuracy and professional adequacy of the reports you issue. Reports produced with the app do not constitute advice or certification from Flowgenix Ltd.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
6. Fees
Where a paid plan or invoiced engagement applies, the price, billing period and payment terms are those stated in the order or invoice agreed with you. Any refunds are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of a charge to raise a billing issue.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flowgenix Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
