1. Who we are

Flowgenix Ltd ("Flowgenix", "we", "us") provides Flowgenix, a field inspection tool for producing site reports from drawings, pins and photographs. Contact: info@flowgenixltd.co.uk. Website: flowgenixltd.co.uk.

2. What data we process

Inspection content you create in the app — project names, client and site references, drawings, pin locations, findings text, photographs, signatures and company details — is stored locally in your own browser (IndexedDB) on the device you use. It is not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot read it.

If you contact us by email, we process the contact details and message content you send us, for the purpose of replying and keeping records of the correspondence.

3. Cookies and analytics

The app does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Browser storage is used only to keep your own project data available offline on your device.

4. Legal basis and purpose

Where we process personal data (for example, correspondence), we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and supporting the service, or to perform a contract with you.

5. Retention

Project data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or clear your browser storage. Backups you export are files under your own control. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed for support and record-keeping.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to info@flowgenixltd.co.uk. Because inspection data is stored on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time from within the app.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service. As project data is held on your device, keeping that device and its backups secure is your responsibility.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
